 "CMHC’s annual rental report gave us lots to chew on, and condos were a big topic of focus. While everything was renting at something of a premium in 2022, nothing was quite as pricy as condos. And, as experts told us, those rampant rental rates are unlikely to go away anytime soon."

It’s no secret that rental demand in the GTA escalated in 2022 in tandem with rising interest rates that put borrowing costs through the roof and caused home-buying ability to plunge.
